Because we are a Consignment Boutique, you are buying from a third party (the Consignor) as such we do not accept returns, unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item in error.
Should you wish to return something because you don’t like it or it doesn’t fit, you have the opportunity to re-consign it in accordance with our consignment criteria.
Should you receive an incorrect item, you should request a return authorization by Out of the Closet Boutique within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Any return requests made after 3 days may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we will require photos sent to us via text/email and a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive this information we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This is for online purchases only.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment.
Re-consigned items are reposted at the price you paid as the starting price.
OOTC Ships via Canada Post. We ship weekly on Friday afternoons. Every week. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as the item is shipped.
